TERMS OF SERVICE – COBRA NEX Welcome to Cobra Nex. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our financial management platform ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you ("User") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, strictly do not use our services. 1. THE SERVICE Cobra Nex is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that facilitates the management of fees, subscriptions, and events between Companies and Clients. Cobra Nex acts as a technological intermediary and is not a bank. 2. REGISTRATION AND ACCESS 2.1. Access to the Platform requires an account. You warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and current. 2.2. The Company is responsible for approving the registration of Clients linked to its institution. 2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. 3. PAYMENTS AND BILLING 3.1. The Platform allows the Company to generate charges (invoices, bank transfers, cards) for Clients. 3.2. Cobra Nex does not set prices or fees; these are the sole responsibility of the Company. 3.3. Payment processing is performed by third-party financial partners (payment gateways). Cobra Nex does not store full credit card data. 3.4. In case of late payments, fines and interest configured by the Company will be applied automatically. 4. RESPONSIBILITIES 4.1. The Company: Ensures the legality of issued charges and maintains beneficiary data updated. 4.2. The Client: Makes payments within stipulated deadlines and keeps contact info updated. 4.3. Cobra Nex: Ensures Platform availability, data security, and correct processing of payment instructions with gateways. 5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Cobra Nex is not liable for third-party failures (banks, card operators), scheduled maintenance interruptions, or force majeure events. In no event shall Cobra Nex be liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from the use of the platform. 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All design, code, logos, and content of the Platform are the exclusive property of Cobra Nex or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited. 7. CHANGES We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. 8.
